I feel like every niche is crazy saturated, and no matter what I think of, someone else is already doing it. How do you actually stand out and make people care about your content?

I’ve only been posting for a short time, and today I got my first comment from someone I don’t know. 😳 Feels wild that people outside my friends & family are actually seeing my content.
