Let's say Hello to Mikael 🤗🤝
Please welcome our new member Mikael. He just joined the other day. Mikael you said you're originally a northern light. Where exactly is that located? Nice to have you on board. 👍

Hey Mikael, great to have you here. I’m curious what you’re currently juggling and where you’re hoping to gain a bit more clarity over the next few weeks.
Welcome Loretta 🤗
Okay, so @Hannah Snelling , could you get a chair, please... 😆 @Krista Brea , we both take care of a freshly brewed and hand-grounded coffee from the mountains of... mhh... Ethiopia 🤣🙈 @Matthias Wittmann you put on a nice fire... Let's get comfy and welcome our new member @Loretta Arey ☕️🤗

Hey Loretta, nice to see you here. We're just getting started. Feel free to share, ask and tell us what we might not know yet 👍
Antifragile, a buzzword?
I recently read that Switzerland is described as “antifragile”, and the term has been stuck in my head ever since. In a business context it roughly means: a system that doesn’t just survive stress, but actually becomes better because of it. Sounds powerful, and at the same time I wonder where healthy adaptability ends and the hidden performance myth begins: “The more pressure, the better you’re supposed to function.” If my calendar were truly antifragile, it should look more relaxed with every new meeting, which it clearly doesn’t 😜 What do you think: is “antifragile” a useful lens for work and business, or more of an elegant buzzword?
👋 Introduce Yourself
This is the place to start. No long essay needed, just share a few quick things so we can cheer you on: 1. Where are you joining from? 🌍 2. What are you up to? 😴 3. What´s you topic? ✅ 👉 Post your intro below - you’ll see you’re not alone, and your first step already inspires someone else.

Hi everyone, Matthias here. I was immediately drawn to the core idea of this space, "working better by needing less, not by adding more." Professionally, I'm a digital consultant in the construction and Real Estate industry. I see how quickly the business world becomes noisy and complex. The ability to stay grounded, maintain clarity, and execute with precision is everything. I believe this community's focus is the key to achieving that kind of sustainable, high-impact work, both for myself and for the clients I advise. I'm looking forward to engaging and learning the tools that help sharpen focus and free up mental capacity. See you around, Matthias

@Hannah Snelling Thanks, Hannah. I feel the same. Stability and clarity are super important right now, but I’m also learning that stability can’t mean becoming rigid. In these shifting times it’s more about having a stable core while staying agile, and for me clarity comes less from thinking and more from committing to a few clear goals and letting a lot of other things go.
Close your day like that - and fall asleep like a child
Most people in here end the day with a noisy mind. Tasks, messages, open loops. Here is a tiny practice you can use tonight: 1. Take five minutes and write down everything that still circles in your head about today. 2. Put a small dot next to the things that are still relevant tomorrow and cross out the rest. 3. Choose one item with a dot and decide a simple next step for it, nothing more. During my times as a selfemployed marketing filmproducer trying to NOT f*** up 5-figure jobs for great clients, that's what saved my ass CONSTANTLY. This good old writing down thing helps, because your brain sees that nothing important is forgotten and stops trying to carry everything at once. You save time tomorrow because you already chose what deserves attention. (Secret greatest thing of it: no app needed, no power supply needed, no subscription needed... 😉)

I like how radically simple this evening ritual is. In my consulting projects, my days often end with countless open loops from emails, calls, and decisions, and that’s exactly what robs my sleep of its depth in the end. What works well for me, inspired by your process: after step 3 I write that one next action directly into my calendar for tomorrow. That way it has a fixed place in my system, and my mind no longer has to hold on to it.
