Antifragile, a buzzword?
I recently read that Switzerland is described as “antifragile”, and the term has been stuck in my head ever since.
In a business context it roughly means: a system that doesn’t just survive stress, but actually becomes better because of it. Sounds powerful, and at the same time I wonder where healthy adaptability ends and the hidden performance myth begins: “The more pressure, the better you’re supposed to function.” If my calendar were truly antifragile, it should look more relaxed with every new meeting, which it clearly doesn’t 😜
What do you think: is “antifragile” a useful lens for work and business, or more of an elegant buzzword?
