I just want to congratulate each and every one of you who STARTED this challenge and FINISHED. Everything we did here translates into and improves all areas of our lives. You said you were going to do something and YOU DID IT! Just a reminder, tonight we have our closing ceremonies! I will be sharing what our plan is with this group moving forward AND doing something super special for everyone who attends the call LIVE. We will also be going over the team who won the challenge and took the overall W! 🏆 Once again, Thank you everyone. It was a pleasure growing with you. Cheers to an amazing year ahead! My biggest take away is getting over excuses and quitting, getting out my confort zone. cold shower and journalling done, v300 will be done later during the day

Good morning everyone, I did 1200 lunges, I didn't reach my goal of 2000, but I pushed myself until the last minutes. My biggest win is consistently accomplishing the challenge every day without excuse. Thanks to the community, I have found the strength to push myself.

Cold shower, morning journal done, and started the challenge. It doesn't become easier but I am more comfortable with discomfort.

Team we are so close to victory and crossing the finish line it's exciting. We all made a promise to ourselves and one another to go ALL IN and here we are! Congrats! This is going to be our 3rd Challenge FINALE! This is our opportunity to show up and voluntarily take ourselves into Deep Water! ... Let's get into it. 💯⚔️ The Challenge Finale will be: BODY WEIGHT LUNGES 🦵⚡️ (Forward or Reverse) As always, it will be the most lunges you can do in 24 hours. RECORDED in timelapse and posted in your team chat! Share the amount of lunges you did in your video and your total. For ex: 100 lunges - Total 1000 May the team with the most courage and determination Take the W 🏆 HOW TO DO A PROPER LUNGE: To do a stationary forward lunge, start by standing up comfortably. Step ahead with one foot and lean forward until your knee reaches a 90-degree angle and your rear knee is parallel to the ground. Then return to the starting position. Always keep your core tight and keep your speed under control. Keep your hands on your hips or in front of you!
