This is going to be our 3rd Challenge FINALE! This is our opportunity to show up and voluntarily take ourselves into Deep Water! ... Let's get into it. 💯⚔️ The Challenge Finale will be: BODY WEIGHT LUNGES 🦵⚡️ (Forward or Reverse) As always, it will be the most lunges you can do in 24 hours. RECORDED in timelapse and posted in your team chat! Share the amount of lunges you did in your video and your total. For ex: 100 lunges - Total 1000 May the team with the most courage and determination Take the W 🏆 HOW TO DO A PROPER LUNGE: To do a stationary forward lunge, start by standing up comfortably. Step ahead with one foot and lean forward until your knee reaches a 90-degree angle and your rear knee is parallel to the ground. Then return to the starting position. Always keep your core tight and keep your speed under control. Keep your hands on your hips or in front of you!
