Hi. I am From Baltimore Md, but I have been living in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale for 22 years. I have been involved in real estate as a Realtor, MLO (before licensing), Processor, Commercial Account Executive and now I am restarting my business/commercial alternative loan brokerage. I thought I would investigate the LOA field, so that I could have a more consistent income, while I am building my loan brokerage, so I look forward to learning about being a LOA.
