Hi @Yewande Omoteso - keeping track of leads can be a challenge. What are you using now? You may want to start with a simply CALENDAR system to start...any move on from there. ***I'll make a video to show you what I mean... The BEST CRMS are the ones that are used. I hired someone from Upwork to setup my automation. If you have a vision...there's someone out there that will help you build it. My main goal as an MLO, it is spend MOST of my time in the CRM - as that helps me to keep track of follow up with Leads, Prospects, Past/Current Clients & Referral Partners. What CRM system are you using?

When you can run the numbers on scratch paper, you can double-check any figure the system gives you—and catch errors before they become problems. Trust the computer... but verify with your brain. 🧠
