@Dan 'Remmy' Stourac Thanks Dan 😅, I gradually started to realized that the things around us don’t change if we look at them with anger and focusing on negative things. It’s like the story of Buddhism that says that when we react angrily to something negative, it’s as if we received an arrow in the chest and then we took it out and then pushed it again repeatedly into our flesh… We can’t control lots of things around us but we can control our focus, putting it on the things we can change..

@Dan 'Remmy' Stourac When I was 14/15 I lost three of my grandparents in less than a year. It was the first time somebody died in my family and it was quite a shock for me, and I had a very good relationship with my grandparents. Initially it was very hard, but it has also made me realize that time passes inevitably and it made me understand more deeply that it’s life to come to an end. I understood that negative things happen in life but we have to continue to move forward even it our mind continues to think to the past missing it.
Introduce Yourself!
Hello awesome people, I'd like to kick off with an quick intro and allow others to introduce yourselves! *Please: 1: Say hello. 2: Share a little about yourself along with an ambition or two. 3: Share a photo or gif that represents you.* <And also stay in the loop by downloading the apps here: Get the iOS app here. Get the Android app here.> Here you can meet the other growing, intentional people that have been invited and yet to find us! I am Dan, also go by my middle name for my pen name, Remmy, (Remmington). I am a cancer-surviving, horseback guiding, story-crafting, fear-facing, fumbling forward man of action! It is my absolute delight to take my life's work and it into gamified courses on this platform. It will help you explore your own inner-being, wage war on whatever woes you're facing, take bold steps, and celebrate the blooper reel of us valiantly fumbling forward. It's messy, but boy, it can be a beautiful ride through life when shared alongside people who want to squeeze the marrow out of life. We all have different ambitions and struggles to conquer, but our self-actualization is the ultimate gift we can give ourselves and those who we share life with. A rising tide raises all ships. This group is for those wildly curious of their own potential. We support: - Conquering bad habits - Building emotional literacy and resilience - Accountability to new risks and desires - Waging war on loneliness and navigate how to deepen relationships - massive action and breaking limits imposed on our own potential I can't wait to meet you all and for you to meet one another. Cheers to epic new beginnings.🤙

Hello everybody, my name is Luigi, I'm 17 and I come from Italy but I'm currently attending one year of studies abroad in High School in Ireland. I am a middle distance runner and swimmer, but I haven't been training in the last four months apart from doing some easy swims because in the first months of 2025 I overtained, and since July/August I've been having symptoms such as persistent fatigue, joint inflammation, dizziness, shivers and inability of my muscles to recover efficiently. I've been therefore not training so much, I did bloodtests to verify my general health and they all came out ok, so now I'm focusing on resting and gradually trying to get in a better physical condition by doing light exercise. I like studying scientifical subjects and for the future I'm thinking of becoming a doctor, but I still have a long road in front of me. Very happy to be in this community! The photo which represents me I put down here is me and my dad after completing a 9km run together 2 years ago.

Time management mindsets
I KNOW we have a ton of multi-passionate folks in here who’ve bit off more than we can chew 😅 An intro convo with the new, young and ambitious, @Luigi Passerini has Me pondering My evolution of procrastination and priorities over time. I’ve come to many perspectives on the top: 1. Procrastinating is how you tell yourself you don’t really care about your project. (Are you truly excited about the goal/process? Or was it an expectation of you that you don’t have much ownership over?) 2. Habits are a form of emotional/spiritual devotion to who you know you can become. (Your faith/confidence corresponds to your diligence. In moments of faltering and momentum) 3. We can only be truly amazing at a few things in life. Choosing one thing means to sacrifice all else. That’s a heavy choice, so we might as well be ridiculously excited about it, right? 4. Not being consistent with things we identify with create an identity crisis. Ex: I say I’m a musician but only touch the guitar once a month. But if I say I’m LEARNING guitar, then there is less of a crisis of perception with us and others in the world. 5. It’s fine to not have clarity!! As long as we are also being curious and exploring life. We can’t complain and be complacent at the same time. You’re your own problem at that point. But being unsure and curious is an adventure! Lack of clarity is a journey in disguise with proper courage. What would you guys add to perspective of priorities and time management? And how did you navigate too much at once and learn to refine your values? Thanks in advance for your input 🤘

Very true @Dan 'Remmy' Stourac, I really like the part you said about not being able to do everything but having to choose just one, or maybe a few things, where we want to focus our attention and improve. In modern society especially where we recieve stimula from many different things, we may feel the temptation of becoming a "factotum" that knows everything and is good in everytihng, but that's simply impossible and irrealistic. I also really like the part about the "play", as life should be fun discovery and appreication of the unknown, and monotony can really leave us feeling burnt out and unmotivated. I struggled a bit with the "play" part of life you talked about, and tended to avoif my emotions and my passions thinking they were taking me away from real discipline and purpose.

Congrats @Dan 'Remmy' Stourac, great stuff! That landscape with the mountains and the lake is wonderful. For me the greatest change in my life this year was to decide to leave my home and country to go studying in high school in Ireland. I’ve been here since the end of August and I’m going to stay here until the end of the year. I enjoy meeting new people, opening my mind to new realities and improving in my English! I had a lot of doubt before coming here on leaving my family and my home but I’m very happy I did this jump out of the comfort zone.
