Kept my plans and drove across the island with my mom 😌 was super peaceful and nice to spend time with her. I took in the fresh air and didn’t reply to any texts or phone calls, which is a huge deal for me 😂

Not a great day: Did one of my morning SAVERS. Had a cold shower.

-Swam with the fishes aka went scuba diving. First time. Scary and great. Pics and video to come -8km run/training session -Ate a 🇨🇦 🇪🇸 Salad -spent 3 hours scripting ads -Received and offer for some work, will consider -Met a couple from Holland - Kenny and Esmerelda. -Needed a random act of kindness, didn't feel like giving away mo\ney so I picked up garbage again- Mile 124 clean as a whistle Tomorrow: -Lava Run/Workout -Work!

Exercised for an hour (today) Soaked up some sun because it’ll be gone tomorrow once again 🫠 Had a family bbq Lots of family time for the last few days! Reconnected with an old friend ( just hit their year mark of being clean) Watched the sunset yesterday evening- was super relaxing. day three (I think?) of a new higher dose of new treatment- so far so good! 😊 Picture of my cat just because 😼
