What's your preferred time for group tapping?
Hi everyone - I hope you're having a good week. I'll be done with jury service this week - phew 😅 - and looking forward to being back. I'm curious... is there a time that suits you best for our group session next week?

PART 2: STAYING FOCUSED
Hey everyone - hope you had a good weekend. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow for a deep dive into "I SHOULD...". We're at an earlier time of 3pm UK for this 2nd session in the month. Then, for our May sessions, we'll sit with NERVOUS SYSTEM SAFETY: - Is it safe to speak? - Is it safe to take up space? - Is it safe to be noticed? - Will I be attacked, abandoned, or shamed?
