Until I realized that when I am tired, overwhelmed, or empty โ€” my family feels it too. But when Iโ€™m grounded, rested, and aligned โ€” my home feels lighter, calmer, safer. So today, I want to open up this conversation ๐Ÿ‘‡ โœจ Whatโ€™s one need youโ€™ve been ignoring lately? โœจ Whatโ€™s one small way you could honor it today โ€” even if itโ€™s just for 10 minutes? This week with the exception of today, Iโ€™ve been slacking on getting outdoors for a quick brisk walk after snack and between clients as I transition from morning to afternoon. This makes me feel like I did something kind for myself even if it is for just a few minutes a day.

Iโ€™m Fatima. I live in Los Angeles, California. I am mom and #1 fan of a 10-year old daughter. The area right now that could use some tweaking is organization around meals. One thing that is working is my morning routine and quiet time before starting the day. Three words for how I want to feel next month: Focused, balanced, energized The support that Iโ€™d love from this community would be healthy, whole food based meal planning and prep ideas. Preferably under 30 minutes. Glad to be here.
