🌿 New Month, New Theme 🤍 Hi beautiful 🤍 As we move into a new month together, I just want to gently introduce the energy we’ll be stepping into. Last month, we focused on coming home to ourselves… on becoming more aware of who we are beneath the conditioning, the patterns, and the roles we’ve learned to carry. And with that awareness, many things begin to surface. Our thoughts. Our reactions. Our wounds. But something I’ve learned in my own journey is that awareness alone isn’t what heals us. It’s how we meet what we see. So this month, our theme is: Meeting Yourself With Compassion 🤍 This is about softening the way you speak to yourself. About noticing where judgment shows up. About learning how to sit with yourself without trying to fix or rush the process. Because healing doesn’t happen through pressure. It happens when we feel safe enough within ourselves to be honest. I’d love to gently open this space with a reflection: Where in your life have you been hardest on yourself lately? No pressure to share just an invitation 🤍 I’m so grateful we get to move through this together. Healing is Home 🌿
