I Feel Like I'm Approaching this Summit SO Differently...
I have TOTALLY been that person in past summits who was on EVERY live call, engaged with damn near EVERY post, etc. because I felt like I had to squeeze EVERY SINGLE DROP of value (and potential value) I could out of the summit experience. This summit feels SO different! I've been WAY more discerning about what sessions I'm attending live and what sessions I'm going to focus on learning from and gleaning this time around! Which is SO hard because there's over 70 speakers at this summmit and SO much content that's helpful or COULD be helpful, right? I think my shift this time has been focusing on IMMEDIATE pain points vs POTENTIAL pain points because potentially? Ya...I need EVERY SINGLE thing being talked about in this summit! But when I focus on what is an IMMEDIATE challenge or struggle? I feel like I get more out of the sessions I do attend, and I leave the summit WAY less overwhelmed and way less burned out! Also, don't forget, we've got that all access pass, too, if you have LOTS you WANT to get to, but you just can't do it all this week! How are you approaching this summit?

I am definitely not cramming which is something that I would usually do. I am looking for the sessions that are aligned with my goals in my business for the next 90 days. I am reading the titles and explanations and feeling intuitively whether it aligns or it is a later thing for another summit. Plus I am putting my notes into my Chatgpt business strategist who has been programmed to not let me go off on tangents for the ones I do watch lol. From a logistical level, I am also finding it super interesting how speakers session titles and the descriptions are so important for whether people watch our sessions or not.

On FOMO - Is this Summit About Data-Gathering or Implementation for You?
I just realized something about summit FOMO that shifted everything for me. I'm having a blast engaging with everyone's takeaways. But I noticed something in the responses — especially in @Micki Kosman 's reflection about Day 1. She talked about how her biggest takeaway wasn't the tools... it was the pace. The reminder to implement calmly, intentionally, and in a way that actually sticks. And it hit me: I think we show up to summits in one of two modes. Mode 1: Data-gathering. You're here to collect ideas, learn new tools, see what's possible. You're in exploration mode. This is where I was for Brenda's last AI-Driven Business Summit in October. I was learning about ALLLLL the new tools and LOVING it! Mode 2: Implementation. You're here to take the best ideas you've already gathered and actually build them into your business. This is where I'm at this time around. I have a lot more narrow focus on what tools I need and where my focuses are. Both modes are COMPLETELY valid. The problem can be that sometimes when we don't recognize which mode we're in — and start feeling FOMO about the other one. If you're feeling FOMO that you're not implementing everything right now → you're in learning mode. That's the point. Let yourself gather without the pressure to execute. If you're feeling FOMO that you're not absorbing every session or taking notes on every new tool → you're in implementation mode. That's also the point. You already have what you need — now you're here to go deeper and make it real. The trap is thinking you should be doing both at once. You can't be in full learning mode and full execution mode at the same time. Your nervous system will short-circuit. (Take it from the Burnout Coach 😉) So I'm giving myself (and you) permission to know which mode we're in — and let that be enough. Which mode are you in right now?

I am taking my notes and putting it into my business partner version of ChatGPT that is helping to implement what is great now and storing the rest to be brought up later.

A Simple Rule for the Age of AI
If a task involves analysis, summarizing, organizing, pattern-spotting, or repetition — AI goes first. You still decide as the expert in your niche and business. AI simply helps you see more clearly, faster. AI is giving you back the time and mental space to do the strategic thinking and relationship-building that only you can do. Think of AI as... 🧠 Your Strategic Business Partner - Analyzes your data and spots patterns you'd miss - Pressure-test your ideas without judgment - Runs "what if" scenarios so you can make smarter decisions - Acts as your sounding board at 2am when you can't sleep 👔 Your Chief of Staff - Preps you for meetings and creates follow-up summaries - Prioritizes your task list based on actual impact - Drafts the emails you've been avoiding - Manages the details so you can focus on strategy 📊 Your Data Analyst - Makes sense of messy spreadsheets and revenue reports - Identifies trends, anomalies, and opportunities - Forecasts cash flow and scenarios - Turns numbers into actionable insights ✍️ Your Content Team - Takes one idea and turns it into 20 pieces of content - Drafts social posts, emails, and blog articles in your voice - Repurposes existing content across platforms - Creates outlines, headlines, and hooks 🔍 Your Research Assistant - Monitors competitors and industry trends - Summarizes articles, reports, and long documents - Finds market gaps and opportunities - Keeps you informed without drowning you in information 📚 Your Documentation Specialist - Turns your voice memos into polished SOPs - Creates checklists and process documents - Builds knowledge bases and training materials - Makes your expertise transferable 💡 Your Problem Solver - Helps you think through complex decisions - Offers perspectives you hadn't considered - Analyzes why something didn't work - Suggests solutions based on your specific context ⏰ Your Time Multiplier - Automates repetitive tasks - Handles the grunt work of creation - Speeds up everything from writing to analysis - Gives you back hours every week

Booty Officially Kicked
Thank you so much @Mesha Bazemore, Certified Ai Consultant for the booty kick and reality wakeup call in your presentation. Everything you said in your hard truth 10 minutes made so much sense. I have a bucket ton of notes to now go and process the implementation on.
