I need your help
I’d like to ask for your help on something important. Some of you are active in this community: https://www.skool.com/self-publishing-entrepreneurs-9850/my-honest-opinion-on-bookvillage-after-25-months?p=2944eb1d The user who wrote that comment was banned from BookVillage after being repeatedly warned about unsafe Amazon reviewer accounts. He continued using them until his reviews were removed, and is now sharing misleading information about the platform. I’ve already replied there to clarify the situation. If you have direct experience with BookVillage, I’d appreciate it if you could share your honest opinion under that post, so that anyone reading can get a more accurate and balanced view. These kinds of situations can impact how new users perceive the platform, especially when the claims being made don’t reflect how the system actually works. One important clarification: the issue was entirely related to the reviews he was posting, not the ones he received, which were completely fine. Thanks to everyone who decides to step in.

I've been using BookVillage for a while as part of my KDP workflow, so I wanted to share my experience because there seems to be some confusion in this thread. First of all, BookVillage itself doesn't create reviews or manipulate Amazon reviews. It's simply a platform where authors can exchange verified purchases and honest feedback on each other's books. Like any system connected to Amazon, you still need to follow Amazon’s rules carefully. If someone uses suspicious reviewer accounts or unsafe practices, Amazon can remove those reviews. But that's not something the platform itself controls. In my experience the system has been straightforward: you request a book, purchase it, read it, and leave an honest review if you genuinely want to. I've never had issues receiving reviews through it, and the process has always been transparent. I think it's important for people reading this thread to understand the difference between how a platform works and how individual users choose to use it. Just sharing my personal experience.
Reader Assistant Service Is Now Available
Sorry for the delay, guys, but the pace of work here has been brutal. It’s 3 AM in Italy as I’m writing this. I’ve just finished preparing the full explanation article for the Reader Assistant Service, where you’ll find everything you need to understand how it works and why we believe this is the only sustainable way to delegate assignments safely in the long term. You can read the full explanation here: https://bookvillage.pub/wiki/new-to-bookvillage--start-here/reader-assistant-service I’m extremely curious to hear your opinion about this new approach. The goal is to give you a way to save time while still receiving very high-quality reviews, without falling into the trap of many questionable services out there that charge similar prices but deliver, at best, 20% of the quality. So go ahead and break the comments section with your thoughts, questions, and feedback. BookVillage is your ally.

What is the ideal number of weekly assignments?
Hi Adriano, and thank you for creating this community. I have a whole series of questions to ask, so expect many posts from me if that’s okay with you. I wanted to ask: what is the ideal number of reviews to post each week in order to avoid having problems with my amz account?

@Adriano Ferrigno Does this apply even if I have an account with years of Amazon history and leave Kindle Unlimited reviews?

@Adriano Ferrigno Okay, thank you for the detailed explanation.
Beta testing service coming soon!
Guys, most likely within the next 48 hours I will announce the only practical solution to delegate your assignments so you can receive very high-quality reviews on BookVillage, saving valuable time and still at relatively low costs. Access to the beta test will be offered at a particularly discounted price and will be available only to 10 of you for now. This way we can understand whether you like it. As for whether it works well, we have no doubts. The goal is simply to see if it’s something we can offer publicly.

Fantastic!
POV: You are a...
You’re a virtual assistant from Bangladesh trying to earn a living on BookVillage. Guys, be careful and try to work as much as possible with verified paid promotions, since most of them are not able to complete those. Note: Nothing against Bangladesh, but fake accounts are a different story.
