14yo Koko the greyhound enjoying the sunshine, a snack of sheep poo pellets (that's what she's snuffling at in the grass), and a short romp with boarder Taro. Simple pleasures make for a good life for an old girl. 🙂

My little chaos goblin (Zeb) turns one today! He loves these power chewer type toys, plus they stop him gnawing on my furniture 😅

Since practising PAWS consciously Zeb and I have become even more intune. I didnt realise just how much until I was "having a moment" as a result of some personal shiz, and he came up and pushed himself onto my lap, and pressed his forehead to my head and synced his breathing. It was a bit of a shock, to have 40kg of adolescent shepherd suddenly muscle into your space and take over your breath pattern. The stress instantly began to melt away and as I hugged him back, buried myself in his shoulders and followed his breath. Hes shaping up to be quite a special dog ✨️

The dogs and I got up early and went out and played in the rain. Then after a towel down and a snack, I sat and sipped my morning cuppa on the couch as the dogs gathered around me. It's PAWS and a pack nap time 😴 ❤️ ✨️ Be more dog 😉
