@Naomi Adek appetite and cravings - if its more wholesome my craving are limited wherei f I listen the craving voice, i just want more and more and then i feel like a zombie. its been bad this week.

Looking honestly at the deeper reasons you are where you are today These are not things you do once and forget. I’m note your ‘Why’ if you don’t want results!
We just came out of Resurrection Sunday, yet the message of the cross is still speaking… 🌸🦋 softly, deeply, and personally. Scripture reminds us in Hebrews 12:2: “For the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross, despising the shame…” Jesus endured unimaginable pain, not because it was easy—but because He had a why. 🌿 Yes, He is God. Yes, He is divine. But He also walked this earth as a man, feeling the weight, the pain, the suffering in full. So what was His joy? 🌸 You. Me. Us. That we would be restored, redeemed, and brought back into right relationship with Him. 🦋 That was His why—and it carried Him through the cross. And this brings us back to our own lives… 🌿 When it comes to your health journey, your weight loss, your discipline—your why matters more than you think. Because the truth is: The process is simple… but it is not easy. 🌸 We live in a fast-paced world filled with stress, distractions, and unhealthy options everywhere. Choosing a lifestyle that honors God and nourishes your body will require intention, discipline, and grace. 🦋 But when your why is rooted in purpose, you will endure what feels hard. Your health is not just about looking good. 🌿 It’s not even just about feeling good. It’s about stewardship. 🌸 Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. And when you take care of it, you position yourself to be used by God more fully, more freely, and more effectively. 🦋 So when motivation fades… When your flesh resists… When discipline feels heavy… 🌿 You don’t quit. You go back to your why. 🌸 You remind yourself: “This is why I’m doing this. This is why I’m choosing discipline. This is why I’m honoring God with my body.” 🦋 Your why becomes your compass—guided by God. 🌿 So today, come back to the basics. 🌸 Ask yourself: Why am I doing what I’m doing? Why do I want to be healthy? Who am I becoming through this journey? 🦋 🛑Take a moment today—write your why down. Pray over it. Anchor yourself in it. And come back to it when things feel hard.
