How's your week starting? ☀️ I was up at 4:30 a.m. (definitely not for everyone! 😄). This morning looked like: gratitude, hydration, intention, movement, meditation, prayer, an IG Live, getting ready, journaling, a little cleaning, a little packing, a birthday message to a friend, breakfast... then a 20-minute walk before work. Rigid? Not for me. This is second nature now. And trust me—I didn't start here. 🙃 Some mornings are simply: gratitude, hydrate, set an intention, get moving, get dressed, and out the door. The point isn't perfection—it's having a foundation. Now it's your turn. What does your morning usually look like? Does it set you up for the day you want?
