I'm good at cold outreach but never done recruiting
Hi All, newbie here... I have never done recruiting before but I am pretty damn good at cold email and cold call. A friend of mine in recruitment said these are awesome skills to have. What was your experience getting into the space? Can I leverage these skills to get started?
