Day 4 — Mental vacation

Day 2. HERE We go a little deeper today. Your mind is going to do what minds do... think, plan, loop, solve. That's not a problem. Today, we practice watching without getting pulled in. Day 2 — Mental stillness
When I entered this practice I was feeling sooo angry - only to wake up two hours later!!!!! Mental stillness?check This nidra brought me from anger to deep sleep within 20 min!!!!!! I’m grateful and I guess I will repeat this practice
I practiced again day 2 and again I feel asleep!!😴 made feel safe

A weight free floating sensation! Also I felt the right side of my body bigger and taller-I get that a lot during my practices 😊
Why Insight Isn’t Setting You Free
You understand yourself. You can name your patterns. You catch your triggers in real time. And still… You end up in the same place at night. Same thoughts, loops... Same exhaustion. Here’s the part no one tells you: Insight alone doesn’t regulate the nervous system. You can understand something and still not feel safe enough to live it. That gap? That’s where people stay stuck. If you’ve ever felt this… I am curious to hear more or drop a 🔥 below. So I know I’m not speaking into the void.

My triggers are specific words, songs l can no longer listen to and of course people-I went into therapy, took antidepressants, change some o f my habits but I just can’t TRUST yet. Yes I’m stuck
