The end of an era
Some of you know that I've worked at BiggerPockets since 2015, first as their Community Manager (which is how I met the inimitable Alex Felice) and then as the host of their Money Channel. I gave my notice in Mid-March for a 2-month timeline to get my podcast co-host through his paternity leave, and it was just announced to the company, so I can start to share publicly. (Except Alex already knows because he's Alex.) I am so excited for the next phase of my life!

Financial trackers
I have been using personal capital / empower for almost a decade now and swear by it. Today I started using a web scraper to grab snapshots and upload them to an ongoing net worth tracker I have. I recently downloaded Monarch money and have been tinkering with it as well Curious what other financial tools people here use

@Alexander Felice Can't totally give away the secret sauce, but I'm in an SPX July 18 put that I opened back in January. Delta was around .2 at the time. Sized & positioned to hedge the rest of my equity portfolio. With today's move down, the account is net positive 2.5% for the day. If the market keeps moving down from here the hedge should actually keep pulling me into the green. Pretty much exactly what we've been talking about for playing the tail risks
