There's a diverse array of individuals. Would love to know what your experience-is with somatic practice, energy work, and meditation/mindfulness... Just for personality...I'm Alistair. I started this classroom to share a set of tools with people who are struggling with overwhelm and burnout, and also with energy absorption from service work they do with clients. This set of tools can be used to further optimize your energy container once you are filled up and rolling. I've been working as a therapist in private practice since 2019 and in a variety of community mental health organizations before that helping all populations navigate the trials and tribulations of life. I'm here to support your wellness journey but I can't do this alone. We are a community. Please use this community for support, for report -wins, curiosities, ways we can all learn better together, and for FUN. Research shows that learning happens quicker when it is FUN. 🤪🤪🤪 This is a classroom for Learning to Learn awareness. I find that when I stay focused on what's working (instead of what's problematic) my entire day is better. What's working for me today is..... I'm hanging out in Skool - my new favorite online space I'm feeling awake and energized and my mood is good I'm ready to grow. Things in my garden are flourishing - literally and figuratively.
