This week will have a basic « bare minimumĀ Ā» challenge, and an « above and beyond challengeĀ Ā» Challenge 1 (basic) - 12,000 steps daily - Drink 2L of water daily - Go out in the sun for 30 minutes minimum - Sleep 8.5 hours - Eat all natural foods (organic, non ultra processedĀ ) - Clean your home (mental health cheat code) Challenge 2 (advanced) - walk a total of 150,000 steps this week. - No alcohol or weed - No screen time from 11pm-9am - Everything from challenge 1.
