I have an 5 year old Upwork account that I’ve only used a few times in the past for a different type of service than what I now want to offer now. It has one review and some credits on it. Should I keep this account and update my profile for the new service, or would it be better to create a brand-new account? I’m concerned about potential shadow banning due to inactivity.

I want to niche down on my offer. Do I make my main profile specialised/niche, or do I make it broad and only niche down on my specialised profile?
