My name is Gene and my Instagram is @genelongstar. I am interested in improving my bodily control and learning how to integrate strength and skill training with limited time.
I don't use Instagram. My goal is to figure out a consistent workout I can do on a sailboat (limited space, floor that rocks) so I can gain strength and lose weight. I want to get back to being able to do regular pushups.
Today was a gym day with my partner and son. Feeling strong with my main lifts. 🏋🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️handstands to finish, and then followed with crow and paralettes at home. Ended with stubbing my toe 😭 so will have to work around that with whatever I decide to do tomorrow
