The formula is simple, but it works. • 10–12,000 steps a day • Eat whole foods • Get some training in when you can • Hydrate your body Basic principles. Aha this would mean 10+ coffees a day. I reckong I get 6000 by in between time from the garage to the coffee machine, computerroom upstairs
