Eating more fruits and vegetables and eating less junk food and fried foods

Foods that are very high in omega 3's!
1. Salmon (wild caught) 2. Sardines 3. Mackerel 4. Trout 5. Tuna 6. Walnuts 7. Flaxseeds 8. Chiaseeds 9. Endame 10. Oysters

I eat one through 5 almost every other month. Then I make up for it with my environment supplements

Especially when it's a lot of snow we talking knee deep like back in the days we used to run in the snow and get so hot and sweaty that we be wanting to take off our winter gear outside. Definitely some good leg and core exercise in the snow.
