You don't have to be religious to know Rest is important. But God intentionally set a Rest day into Creation not for Him but for us. It is crazy how studies thousands of years after the fact show how beneficial Rest days are! So each week I'll post a verse here. A reflection of life. Stay off social media. Do no work.
