Team, Great to see the inspiring introductions and objectives for enrolling in the Physiology First Certification Program here on our online platform. Module One is all about the planting the seeds of trust in your community, and building the foundation of effective communication🌱 Until we can communicate the simplest elements of health in a way that motivates and inspires we won't be in a position to teach the community about their physiology. This becomes the foundation for all elements of the Physiology First Approach. In this module you'll learn the foundations of breath, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and motivation. You'll also learn why we prioritize sharing your "why" with your community and earning their trust as a leader in health optimization. We've added a fun new addition to the program called Physiology First Speaker School where you'll get to practice communicating these principles with one another! Speaker School will be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 3pm EST on zoom, beginning this week! Same link as our kickoff and weekly calls. Share your reflections on Module One in the Module One Discussion Group thread here on the platform once you've completed it and I'll look forward to seeing you on Thursday at 3pm EST for a deep dive on the first module!
