Different training environments
So now as the White stuff falls and pitches freeze we look at our training options. So what else do we work on, where else do we use for training? For me I hate a Gym. But I do like to use a swimming pool - here are my reasons and what I use it for In a swimming pool I am working my core muscles, I can use it for leg strength especially for flexibility and spring/jumping. So thatโs me what about everyone else?
