Maizie & Maui in the park with the kiddies in the background. They are besties so no drama with them being together but thought they would be super distracted wanting to play but they were good. I then got together with @Kayla Campbell with Rosie & our first meeting rain & all we had to keep quite a bit of distance both being reactivate pups, but it was a great starting point & were both still pretty happy it wasn't disastrous. Lol🤣 Then we got together again Friday & what a difference the second attempt at the challenge was. The instant over excitement took a couple of minutes walking in a circle as @Nath Morrison suggested & they settled so quick & then we were able to get straight into the actual challenge drills. We were extremely happy with the results & very proud of our pups for such a huge improvement from 1st meeting & then 2nd meeting. Woohoo. Go Wild Dogs. 💜😊 @Loma Simmons

For this week's challenge, we brought along Cookie, our family’s new rescue Staffy puppy on her very first public outing. I handled Cookie and we worked Max around her. They weren't allowed right together, but this is the closest they have ever come. Because it was Cookie's first time out, her puppy energy made her very distracting for Max. He definitely broke position and fixated a few times but we caught it early most of the time. We have a lot of work to do in this area, especially around other dogs but overall this was a good session and so good to get Cookie out and down to the park 🐕❤️ Go Wild Dogs 🐕 @Loma Simmons

Now this one had me nervous but the lovely @Jennifer Mcfarlane and Mazie helped us a lot Met up early in the week and Rosie was struggling with threshold so we kept at a distance and gave some good attempts then we got together again and already vast improvement from Rosie to say I’m shocked is a understatement Still a lot of work to do with Rosie with unknown dogs as she just wants to bark and get attention and go play silly lab energy slide across to see the different videos of each section of skill as too hard to upload all in one

Rain hail or shine penny is getting in some reps. It’s been a mixed bag for her this week. This was a successful day yesterday but didn’t do so well today. We started her very far away and slowly worked her closer. If you had asked before this video if we would have gotten this close I would have said no way. It probably helped my friends dog espy is so cute.
