It's time to clean up your sleep (for good!). I'm CERTAIN you can get significantly better sleep and less time spent in bed tossing and turning by applying the tools I offer in this space. I'm Maša Nobilo, a certified Sleep Coach, Lucid Dreaming Facilitator and Feldenkrais Method practitioner. I know insomniacs in and out because I was one for nearly a decade, and I completely overcame my poor sleep patterns with the help of the methods that I teach here. The best place to start is with the SLEEP DIAGNOSTIC JOURNEY. It will help you figure out your specific sleep type, what to focus on according to your type, how to track your sleep, and how to get a private Sleep Review directly from me. I would love to meet you, so comment on this post: a) if your relationship with your sleep was a love story, how would you describe it? 🫶 b) when you dream that you're flying, how do you normally take off the ground? 🪽 If you have any questions, create a post (that way you help others who might have a similar question), or DM me. I can very likely help (and fast). Looking forward to connecting with you! 🙌

Thank you for creating this space. I have been struggling with sleep for 1 year at the beginning it was for stress and anxiety but now I do not know the reason. Could be that now that I do not have a stable job with strict schedules I must find any other good way to spend all that mental energy, so I need to keep mentally busy? and I do also know that I need to spend physical energy too. Is it a good solution for both of those spend +2 hours working out: strength and cardio?
