The importance of mindset !
Guy was the first person who helped me when I was coping with Tinnitus. My Tinnitus is tolerable snd sometimes it's only very low. For sleep I use Magnesium Glycinate with a very small dose of zopiclone 3.7 mg. I get at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep often. I listen to sound therapy, mostly flowing water streams. I do box breathing too. Stress spikes my Tinnitus and the one thought I cultivate in my mind is that it will pass, and it does. I wish all those with Tinnitus a life with the thought that relaxing and not fearing Tinnitus works ! Avoid tiktok ideas and those free sessions where doctors have no science to prove anything but give Sermons about Tinnitus. Stay well 🙏 Errol Byde
