missed it yesterday. but even more reasons to share this one today. cause we - me & my hubby - are celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary today & (the drum roll) the theme of the wedding was Oscar nominations. and our first dance was a tango from Scent of a Woman movie. we even took 3-4 dancing lessons to perform that, properly. now, the movie. i mean, yes, it is an old one. 1992. but, Al Pacino, getting Oscar, for his role - you can't argue that?! why i like it? apart from it was my wedding dance... - life brings us people, weird ppl - even if for a weekend - who we can learn from - life gives us cross-roads and it's up to us to make the decision, it might change the trajectory - so, don't dismiss those - be yourself, be passionate, love what you have and act on it if you decide to watch, ask yourself these questions to turn this into “therapy/coaching session”: - are you too focused on problems/disadvantages you have vs your strengths? - what opportunities are you dismissing right now? - are you making everything out of what you have? - is there a mentor you are dismissing? - anything else comes to your mind while you watch this movie? give us some love & tell me if you are going to watch this ⬇️

i know, there are few posts today, but i kinda want to keep it consistent. Failure Wednesday Celebration is a your opportunity to turn your failures into lessons. and more importantly, be proud of them. want to learn more, check out here my failure - i ran Meta ads for about 10 days to this community. and the price for the last 3 days went up to $12. that's way too high. so i stopped. what's the lesson? - it could be the August dip - it could be that i need a different angle - advertise product not community - it could be smth else (i don't know yet) why celebrate? - i did it. it did not work. now i need to do the next thing. data is always better than no data. so.. what now? - i still want to grow fast to 1k (talking about it tomorrow) - plan to double down on organic sources (talking about it tomorrow) what about you: - what did you do and failed at? - what's the lesson? - why celebration? - what's next?

big question ppl. communities thrive on engagement. so, many ppl use Leaderboard levels as a bonus - price to motivate ppl to participate. i do not like it... cause it seems a bit manipulative. and it feels a bit fake. yet, i do use it, randomly. now, my question is... should i double down on it? - lvl 3 gets this - 30 day leaderboards leaders get this etc, etc. i understand the mechanics. and why it works. i just cannot decide if this benefits YOU. and my formula, is always: WIN-WIN-WIN: - i win - you win - your ppl win and i am happy to do everything (pretty much, no nudes involved), to achieve this formula. so, yes or no - let's make it simple. should i use leaderboard and active members for 7/30 days to give some bonuses.

not feeling well. so, taking a day off today cancelled an event scheduled for today weekly newsletter will be tomorrow that's life.
