Took advantage of the beautiful scenery and amazing weather to walk off some in law nerves 😂😂😂 normally I would just scrolllllllll and spiral. But instead I saw some deer and the sunset!

Three birds, one stone!
We’ve been sick for a week, everyone is driving me crazy and today i actually felt like I could get some movement in. After doing the mobility workout outside we took an impromptu trip to 7/11 for slurpees, scooters and steps! We have an awesome new path in our neighborhood and it ends up being 2.5 miles round trip. The kids got their scooting in and it really reset how all of us were feeling. Looking forward to lots of popsicle trips this summer! Ps. I did get some Phorm energy but no kitten. Maybe next time!

Sunday reflection!
Hey thrivers! How are we doing?? How are we reflecting? How are we setting ourselves up for success? - my nutrition hasn’t been 100% dialed but I have successfully gone 7 days without ice cream 🤣 - A reminder PROGRESS and consistency over intensity!! Scale down 2.3 lbs in 4 weeks, muscle mass up by .9lbs, body fat down by 3.8lbs 😎, BF% down by 2.6%, BMR up (aka metabolism optimization improving!) - Things I did well this past week protein, Whole Foods, movement, though steps and running hasn’t been where I wanted them to be BUT I AM OK WITH IT. My business took the front seat! - Things I WANT to focus more on water, less muffins and breads, because I want to 👏🏻 bachelorette party in June I want to be the smokeshow sober old lady 🤣 💃

This week was good not great. Feel good about four workouts and a sore! Want to dial in nutrition, but still the best week I’ve had in awhile. My goal is to see more full blue days!
