Hi everyone! My name is Erin Arney and I’m based in Louisville, KY. My husband and I recently purchased our first property — a duplex in Old Louisville — where we’re house hacking (living in one unit and renting out the other). We’re at the very beginning of our investing journey and I’m excited to learn as much as I can about the BRRRR strategy. Our goal is to intentionally build a small but strong portfolio that creates long-term wealth and flexibility for our family.
