Wow these 3 days have been very impactful and powerful. I've been in a coaching program for 5 years and I see there's so much more to learn...actually I realize it's time to go deeper. I love your teaching style Dr Sonja. A little intimidating but straight forward...just enough to get me out of my comfort zone. Coming off of last week I feel like a new person! Dr. Sonja opened my eyes to SO many things in just 6 short days. A couple things I'm fired up on right now: - narrowing my focus to my ideal audience - knowing and leading with their pain and the problem I solve - blocking dedicated time to send emails and pitch my solution to their problem - updating my website As we go into this new week, what actions are you taking to keep the momentum Dr. Sonja gave us going?

Ok, so, I'm learning about systems and implementation. Here are a few platforms that I just learned about that you can use to help with automation in your business or in whatever you got going on. For me right now content creation and content posting & scheduling is a challenge. Then a friend, from another group that I'm in, shared with me these apps & platforms that I can use to automate posting and scheduling my content! Now I LOVE Canva! And I have just started creating & scheduling content in canva and I schedule my content out for 30days and so far so good! Im loving it. But not everyone uses Canva, so here's a few other platforms you may or may not be aware of, & that you can check out: https://quso.ai/ , https://www.jasper.ai/ , and lastly Claude, yes I was told that you can use Claude to schedule and create content! Let me know in the comments what you are using for your content posting and how its working for you!

Help me understand one thing.....can this opportunity to manifest, be possible if a person is in their 60's.......do u think it is a platform in that age group to help women?
