In Course Lvl2 "Understanding the Workflows" Min 7 in the video, is there no way to Automate IN GHL this Call Booking rather than Manually for all appointments in Conversations? I notice some of these videos are a tad outdated as so much Great New stuff keeps getting added, surely today and with AI there Must be a way or a Newer Updated way to Automate this call booking workflow? Sorry if I missed something, just trying to set up this foundation as automated and streamlined as it is meant to be. Maybe I missed something, please let me know. Even at Min 9 and 15 Seconds in the video it says that this Manual repetitive task "is a point of contention". Has this been solved or can be? Thank you.

Look for videos on the Conversational AI which has the ability to schedule a booking. If you really want to take it to the next level, there are VoiceAI solutions that are integrated into GHL.

Has anyone tried the new GHL employee, wanting to try it since it's free for a while but not sure where to start!

Basically all the AI Employee is is the ability to try out the Content AI, Conversational AI, Workflow AI, Funnel/Website Builder AI for free until the end of the year. These are basically version 1.0 AI functions and they are relatively rudimentary and not as good as some of the plugin AI solutions that utilize the GHL API. Many will find this adequate, but more advanced AI users will not and will opt for more advanced 3rd-party solutions. Like any software, advancements will occur over time.

Your dashboard defaults to show your pipeline which essentially tracks your leads. You also have a dashboard to view all your ads if you are doing paid ads in Google, FB, LinkedIn or Tiktok.
