Hi, my name is Eric from the Seattle area. I have limited actual practice in breath work, though I have many books on it. I have almost no experience with fascia beyond some myofascial release massages. Quick background why/what I'm hoping for, because I've tried so many things: Childhood trauma, overcoming addiction, multiple car accidents (a dozen? Lost count) Living with guilt of the past Have OCD, never diagnosed, but I do the count thing and double, triple, quadruple check certain things Have had chronic pain throughout my body since my teens Last car accident in 2018 caused serious back issues that have subsided, but has left me with chronic insomnia since then. This exacerbates my constant, but lower level depression and anxiety. Edit to add: I also have brain fog and tinnitus. It's so normal now I forgot until late last night I bought and tried the Human Garage 28 day challenge yesterday and during martial arts last night, my body felt worse with a burning sensation throughout my body and joints aching more than usual. What I want is for something to work/ help me and I was hoping this would. Question: when first starting this, can we feel worse? Thank you
