“Your team wants to know you’re doing everything you can to grow the business.” Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing your team that you’re not standing still, and neither is the business.

Buy Back Your Time
If you feel like your land business only moves when you do everything, this book hits. Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell is about stepping out of doing and into leading. It challenges the habit of holding onto every task and shows how that’s what slows your growth. The shift is simple: do less of what doesn’t matter, and start letting go sooner so you can focus on what actually moves the business forward. A few ideas from Buy Back Your Time: • Your time is your most valuable asset, spend it where it actually grows the business • If you’re doing everything, you’re capping your own growth • Don’t hire to save time, hire to buy back your freedom • Focus on what only you can do, and let go of the rest This book was mentioned in our latest episode with Arturo Paturzo. Watch it here. https://www.skool.com/leadershipinland/classroom/7b61eae0?md=55b51965fe2a457f9915117000ef0828

Another good one along these lines that holds up & hits hard is: Deep Work by: Cal Newport
Why Growth Always Feel uncomfortable?
We all want growth. Better business. Better skills. Better results. But the moment growth starts… so does the discomfort. Here’s why that happens: 1. Growth puts you in unfamiliar territory You’re doing things you haven’t done before. New markets. New deals. New responsibilities. Your brain prefers what it already knows. Growth forces you beyond that. 2. Growth requires making imperfect decisions There’s rarely a perfect answer in business. You make the best decision you can… then adjust as you go. That uncertainty can feel uncomfortable. 3. Growth exposes your weaknesses As you grow, the gaps become obvious. Maybe it’s sales. Maybe it’s systems. Maybe it’s leadership. Growth shines a light on what still needs work. 4. Growth increases responsibility When things get bigger, so do the stakes. More deals. More money. More people relying on you. That pressure can feel heavy at times. 5. Growth demands change Old habits won’t take you to the next level. You have to think differently. Operate differently. Lead differently. And change is rarely comfortable. That’s the pattern. Comfort keeps things the same. Discomfort is usually a signal that something new is being built. Question for the community: What’s one uncomfortable moment in business that ended up helping you grow?

Before This Week Gets Busy… Read This
Running a business makes you focus on what still needs to happen. But sometimes it’s worth remembering how far you’ve already come. The deals you've closed. The lessons you've learned. The people you've met along the way. Not everything goes according to plan. But there’s still a lot to appreciate. What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?
