I have a bad habit of accumulating a long list of YT videos I want to watch but never do or when I watch a video, it turns out to be intro topics or stuff I already have. To help with this, I build 2 triage skills, one for second brain/pkms and one for my claude setup. Each skill takes a URL or video transcript and gives me the following; - a summary of the content - any gaps it identified in my current system - should I watch/read it or not The special sauce is that I have markdown documents that I have created with Claude/Notion or that those systems create themselves when I build something so the prompts have the context from the project files. When I ask it for a gap, it actually knows what I've built (or have in process). So far, it seems to be working well - flagging areas or concepts that are worth reviewing (even saying this not be a good fit for your system but something to think about...). I recently updated the claude triage skill to also point out use cases that would be good to build. This came from me watching a video on claude cowork that didn't have anything new but they built out a use case for having cowork process your CC statements.
