@J T Great question. I used Nate’s framework as the starting point, but I adapted the tiers around the actual business functions and decision flow of the company rather than software categories. For Treats2eat, I ended up with: Executive Layer → Strategy, prioritisation, decision making Specialist Agent Layer → Marketing, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, Research, Operations, Analytics, Automation, etc. Protection Layer → Security, QA, Red Team, Troubleshooting Business Layer → Website, Ads, Customers, Orders, Products, Revenue I basically worked backwards from “what functions need to happen for the business to grow?” and then built agents around those functions. Still early days, but that’s the logic I used. I’ll share more as I refine it. 👍
