Hi all, there is no facility to create specific contact groups in Skool, so I am communicating an update here, which you will receive as a normal message. As class numbers are growing, it is clear that we will not have enough oven space for everyone to make and bake their baguettes in class. So this will primarily be a demonstration class, with the option of being able to mix your baguette dough in class to be finished at home. All the ingredients will be provided for YEAST baguettes, and I will bring some sourdough starter along for those who may not have any. So please let me know if you would like some. I can purchase baguette flute trays at a good price and make them available for sale at $25 ea. for a 4 flute tray. These are non-stick, and will fit in a conventional oven. If you would like to purchase one please let me know ASAP as I need to order them early next week at the latest. I can also purchase some heavy linen cloches as well. These are superior to using a tea towel for making baguettes and ciabatta rolls. These I can sell for $15 ea. and are high quality heavy linen. I am very much looking forward to this class!
