Getting client drivers' license
At what point in your process do you ask for their drivers' license?

It's part of our Onboarding process. After we notify them of the link to their SECURE folder we tell them we need ID documents and they can upload them to the their new folder.

Custodians! How's yours?
A very important part of the tech stack we haven't talked about too much yet! So much of RIA ops has to do with the custodian. What's your main custodian? Are you content with it? Considering a switch?

Interactive Brokers is who I plan to use because of their trading platform and low to free fees.
