Hey guys, quick question — what’s the average expense ratio you’re seeing for parks that are 100% brand new park-owned homes with city utilities?

How do you all deal with a really difficult city group? They are making me get a permit for everything, and they’re forcing me to use their licensed contractors which is next to impossible to find in a small city.
