What would you do with it? Would you become 50x more productive? Or would you just waste 50x more resources? If you’re already wasting your current AI quota on poor planning, repeated prompts, lost context and unfinished projects, why would 50x more suddenly change that? You’re not scaling productivity. You’re scaling inefficiency. Now imagine you had to build a system capable of managing that 50x quota intelligently. Persistent memory. Structured workflows. Task prioritization. Agent orchestration. Verification loops. Resource allocation. And it needs to scale to 100x or 200x without falling apart. Now comes the real twist. What happens when you take everything you’ve learned and apply it to your regular 1x account? Same structure. Same intelligence. Same efficiency. Suddenly, you can accomplish far more with the exact same quota. The real challenge was never how to use 50x more AI. It was learning how to get more out of the 1x you already had. So let me ask you: Do you actually need a bigger AI quota, or do you need a better system to manage it? That's the whole point: learn how to get more out of the 1x you already have. That's how you turn 1x into 50x, not 50x into 1x.

Using ICM alone makes one person fast. Using it as a shared knowledge base makes a whole team fast and consistent. I call it an organized organisation 😂 The hard part isn't the AI, it's conflict management. I enforce four steps in code, not prompts: - Resolve conflicts: Git or a shared drive, depending on the case - Permissions and visibility: who edits instructions vs. who edits data - Handle stale files: give new information dates and context - Full auditability: every request is logged My setup today: 7 people on community-based research. I'm the maintainer (rules). Everyone else is a member (data). They can suggest rules, but I approve them. The AI even flags broken rules to me: "he wants to do this but can't, check it out". Still unsolved: stale files. Expiry dates or events help, but assigning them when a file is created is the hard part. For now, expired files stay put, the AI traces linked files to infer why, and asks me when unsure. Every failure updates the rules. If you're building team ICMs, I'd love to compare notes. Hi Team, Curious and thinking about this a bit - I get ideas on content to write and film while out and about and dont want to loose them. The content idea is one of the steps in my writing room, but Im not at my computer. How do I hook up slack / claude etc on my phone to interact with the ICM so I can drop that idea in? This is a small narrow case here, but interested to know also how to interact with it off a computer. Maybe thats a bad idea because I'll never step away from working! Last week I audited my own setup and found Grok Bot had a pile of its own files and Claude had a stack of memory files. I had both move everything into my workspace. Now Grok Bot keeps only pointers to it. If you use more than one AI, each one keeps its own memory. Tell Claude about a new client on Monday, and your Grok Bot still won't know on Tuesday. You end up repeating yourself, and two AIs give you two different answers to the same question. This lesson is for you if you use two or more AIs, like Claude or ChatGPT plus a personal agent such as Grok Bot or Muse. Using only one? Start with last week's lesson, Give your next hire a map. A lesson in four steps: get every AI you use reading from one workspace, so you stop telling them the same thing twice. What you'll do: 1. Move what each AI knows into your workspace. 2. Turn off built-in memory. 3. Give your personal agents one rule. 4. Ask them all the same question. YOUR FILES HAVE ONE HOME. YOUR AIS' NOTES DON'T. Last week's lesson gave your work one home: a workspace, with a map that tells any AI where to look. That settles where your files live. Each AI still keeps its own notes about you, though. That memory is just files too, stored inside each app, where your other AIs can't read them. TWO KINDS OF MEMORY - Each app's own memory. Claude's memory, ChatGPT's saved memories and the notes a personal agent like Grok Bot or Muse keeps are all stored inside that app, outside your workspace. One AI can't see what another remembers. - Your workspace is one main folder you own, with your files and folders inside and a map that says where things are. Every AI you point at it reads the same thing. So keep what matters in your workspace, and let each AI's memory hold only a pointer to it: a short note that says where to look. STEP 1: MOVE WHAT EACH AI KNOWS INTO YOUR WORKSPACE Run this in every AI you use that can open your workspace, personal agents included. For one that can't, like ChatGPT in a browser, ask it: "Write out everything you remember about me, plus my custom instructions." Then paste the answer into one that can.
