Day 9 - Leveraging Influencers to Build Trust & Sales
In supplements, trust is the currency. Influencers already have a relationship with their audience, so when they recommend your product, it can bypass skepticism and shorten the buying cycle. What to Focus On: 1. Pick the Right Influencers: Look for micro-influencers (5k-50k followers) in your niche, better engagement and lower cost than big names. Prioritize audience relevance over follower count. Check for authentic engagement (avoid inflated “bot” followings). 2. Choose the Right Platform for Your Niche: Instagram, Fitness, lifestyle, skincare supplements. YouTube: Long-form reviews, educational videos. TikTok: Quick transformations, trends, and UGC-style content. 3. Decide on Compensation Structure: Free product for honest review (micro-influencers). Flat fee for content creation. Affiliate/commission-based (track with unique codes or links). 4. Give Them a Story, Not Just a Product: Share your brand story, science, and benefits. Provide before/after case studies or transformation journeys. Encourage personal testimonial angles (“I felt more energy after 2 weeks…”). 5. Repurpose Influencer Content: Use influencer videos for paid ads. Add them to email campaigns. Post on your website product page as social proof. 6. Track ROI Use UTM links or coupon codes for each influencer. Monitor sales conversions, not just likes and comments. Common Mistakes to Avoid: - Paying big influencers without testing small campaigns first. - Not setting content guidelines (leading to off-brand messaging). - Forgetting FTC disclosure rules (“#ad” or “Sponsored”). Nano & micro-influencers often outperform celebrity deals, because they have higher engagement and more trust. Instead of spending $5,000 on one macro influencer, you could work with 10 micro-influencers at $500 each, test multiple audiences, and scale the winners. Post your thoughts below!

Thanks again Marco for this info on proper way to use influencers
Day 11 - Authority Positioning: Become the Obvious Choice
You need to stop competing on price and start competing on expertise. The goal: make buyers feel like you’re the brand the experts use. Below are some steps you can follow to achieve this: Step 1 - Define your Authority POV (3 sentences) 1. Who you help, 2) the problem, 3) your unique approach. - Example: “We help men 40+ rebuild energy and muscle without stimulants, using clinically-dosed, cGMP-made formulas and transparent COAs.” Step 2 - Create a Signature Framework (name it!) Turn what you do into a named, visual method (people trust systems). - Example: R.E.A.L. Stack™ (Recover sleep → Elevate insulin sensitivity → Activate muscle → Lock-in habits).Use it in your site, ads, and sales calls. One-sentence pitch: “Our programs follow the [Framework Name]™, a 4-step protocol proven in customer case studies to drive [result].” Step 3 - Stack Third-Party Credibility (the “Borrowed Trust” Kit) - Compliance & Quality: cGMP facility mention, 3rd-party testing, batch COAs, allergen list. - Advisors: list a nutritionist or PharmD as an advisor (even part-time). - Publications/Features: podcasts, niche blogs, local news. - Badges: Money-Back Guarantee, COA Verified, Made in USA, cGMP, Non-GMO (only if true). Step 4 - Publish Pillar Content That Signals E-E-A-T Create one “pillar” and 3 supporting “clusters”: - Pillar (2,000–3,000 words): “Men 40+: A No-BS Guide to Testosterone, Insulin Sensitivity, Sleep, and Muscle.” - Clusters (800–1200 words each): “Berberine vs Metformin: What the Research Says (and what it doesn’t)” “Sleep → Testosterone: The Science & Simple Fixes” “30-Day Strength Protocol for Busy Dads (No Gym Needed)” Each post includes references, plain-English summaries, and a lead magnet CTA. Step 5 - Launch an Authority Lead Magnet - Title: “Men 40+ Metabolic Reset: A 14-Day Plan” (PDF, recipes, training, supplement timing). - Opt-in page: headline + 3 bullet benefits + credibility badges + privacy assurance. - Delivery email: invites to a 20-min “Office Hours” Q&A (live or recorded).

I agree, it is a privilege. It's a privilege to work with other collaborators who have the same passion. In a market that is competitive it's important to have people within a small community that you can trust that have the same goal. Thanks for putting this together
