Just curious where most people get stuck.

Another great podcast episode from Matthew Thompson. He talked to the Skool Games winner in first place. It is a must listen. His number one traffic source was Tiktok Lives...yes Tiktok lives. But not the traditional way. He streamed to no one for 45 days straight before it started working. That takes a lot of mental fortitude. Once he figured out what worked he taught someone else to do it for him...then 5 more people. He is now building an army of affiliates to go live for him all day and its obviously working. Now he can focus on running his Skool and not the traffic part as much. I've had this idea of the live affliates for awhle now. I know lives for sure work but owners don't always have time to sit on lives for hours...but your affiliates could. Would anyone want to learn how to set this up for your own community like this? I've spent countless hours on livestreams and wracked up 100k in live sales.

Check out THIS POST in Skoolers. She started a brand new tiktok and started going live and she crushed it! I actually came across her live last week and it was really really good. And she was doing the live FACELESS. I think what made her lives so successful is that she offers free trials. It makes it easier for someone just coming across the stream to say yes. Mikey from Mikeys Money House also did the free trial/tiktok live combo and is up to $42k a month. As yall know I go live on Youtube everyday but this might push me over the edge to do tiktok lives too. Have you tried going live recently?

Hormizi recently said that his highlights channel is making him more money than his main channel. He does "mids" here. They are not quite longs or shorts. And he is doing several per day. Most of the videos are clipped from old calls where hes helping real clients. This might be the move. I'm gonna test it out myself. Has anyone tried something like this? HORMOZI HIGHLIGHTS
