@Ryan Messa I'm gonna start off humble and attainable and aiming for what I think every man should be able to lift: 225lb bench press, 225 squat and deadlift (which I can move but need to fix form). I'm more into the buff, bulky meathead look rather than being lean and shredded.
44yo, 5'6 and currently 171lbs from 185, currently cutting and looking to build muscle later. My favorite lifts are mostly upper body but crazy about legs lately. let's get some good bro-tivation going on!
@Ryan Messa I think how underrated working legs was for me and understanding how important it actually is to NOT to skip legs day now. I get really competitive with myself and I feel like I have lots of catching up to do now and lots to improve regarding legs and my build in general.
