@Geneva Wentz low-key all the packing you’ve been doing I feel like has to be a workout. I hope you’ve been tracking how many steps that is.!! I know moving the work out the last department that I moved out of once I got it fully empty. I ordered Carne Asada tacos and ate them crisscross applesauce in the empty living room.!!🤣 As your coach, I authorize this!!

@Michael Terriquez totally. Id start with picking a gym that will suit what you wanna do, almost any gym will do just starting out so that’s nice! I’d try going 3 days a week to start, get consistent with that, once you start looking forward to going on those 3 days then you add a 4th day in the gym 🤟🏻💪🏼🔥
Who am I?
Good question. Greetings from Los Angeles, AZ/Tucson, AZ. Former Div 1 athlete (rugby) and now a college professor, vocal coach and stage performer. Simply put, I’ve let myself go and a result faced health issues. Trying to remember what healthy feels like again. I forgot what swoll felt like. The goal? A photoshoot and to discover who I am again. But also meet other peeps like y'all that can hold me accountable and in return I will the same. I have like 40 lbs to lose and replace with muscle. LETS GOOO We have a great coach so let’s lock in!

This is the one I called Young legend guys!!! This kids young and hes motivated and he wants to do big things with his fitness and with his own brand one day don’t sleep on this kid. He’s in the lab for a little while we gotta put about 20 pounds of muscle on and then we’re gonna bring him out and he’s gonna scare everyone.!!!
