Woohoo! We hit 40 members yesterday. I’m so grateful and I’m heart is so full that our little group is growing. Thank you all for the support. Welcome to our newest members: @Lidia Navarro @Mary-Heather Fajardo @Betty Rae ✨ Thanks for everyone with your patience this past couple of weeks! I got engaged a couple of weeks ago, and then I was recovering from illness the past week. Over the next week I will be posting a couple of new videos - a guided meditation & a reiki activation. We also have a free live healing on Friday & our monthly support group next Sunday!

I am currently working on compiling my favorite Meditations, Yoga & Tai Chi, Sound Healing, and Reiki videos surrounding confidence, inner power, solar plexus healing. I will share the master list here in a week or two. If you all have any holistic healing resources you would like to add, please drop them in the comments, and I will add them to the list. 💛
