Hello, so I am participating in the Happy Cell Song Challenge, and whilst I sing the song everyday I havent posted anything on my social media. But I wanted to share as briefly as I can, how I doing. My husband of 34 years passed away in February this year and I have struggled badly with anxiety. Since coming across the Happy Cell Song and making an effort to sing this every day, I have noticed alot of my anxiety subsiding, I have also noticed just a little bit of energy returning some days, and being able to mentally function just a little better. It will take a long time to adjust to the new normal in my life, but just the smallest change is helping. Thankyou.
